4. Orders and Payment

• When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) listed in your order. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
• Payment must be made through our accepted methods: JazzCash or EasyPaisa.
• Payment is processed at the time of order placement. Your order will not be shipped until payment has been confirmed.
• All payments are secure and encrypted. We do not store your full payment credentials on our servers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We strive to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
• Delivery times vary by location, typically ranging from 3-7 business days within Pakistan.
• Free shipping is available on orders over Rs 5,000. Orders under this amount incur a flat shipping fee of Rs 250.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Dastoor is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

6. Product Warranty

• All products sold on Dastoor carry the manufacturer's warranty as specified in the product description.
• Warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer unless otherwise stated.
• Dastoor provides a 30-day warranty against defects from the date of delivery for products that do not carry a manufacturer warranty.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Dastoor or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from our website without prior written consent.
• Dastoor and its logo are trademarks of Dastoor. All other trademarks not owned by Dastoor that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners.

8. User Conduct

• Dastoor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the website or purchase of products.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
• We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

You agree to indemnify and hold Dastoor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, actions, demands, liabilities, and settlements including legal fees arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your use of the website.

• If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Lahore, Pakistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1940.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
