Return & Refund Policy

At Dastoor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.
1. Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The return period begins from the date you receive your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
2. Eligible Items for Return
The following items are eligible for return:
- Products that are defective, damaged, or not as described on our website.
- Products received in a condition that differs from what was ordered.
- Products that you are unsatisfied with, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
- Accessories and peripherals in their original, sealed condition.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used, worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- Products with broken seals or missing original packaging and accessories.
- Software, digital products, and downloadable content.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Items returned beyond the 30-day return window.
- Customized or personalized products.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact our customer support team at support@Dastoor.pk or call us at +92 300 1234567 within the return window.
- Step 2: Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return. Include photos of the product if it is defective or damaged.
- Step 3: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days.
- Step 4: Pack the item securely in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- Step 5: Ship the item to the return address provided by our support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Return Shipping
- Defective/Wrong Items: Dastoor will cover the return shipping costs for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
- Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Free Returns: For orders over Rs 10,000, we offer free return shipping regardless of the reason.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approved Refunds: Will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method (JazzCash or EasyPaisa).
- Partial Refunds: May be granted for items returned with missing parts, accessories, or damage not caused by us.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your payment provider first, then contact us at support@Dastoor.pk.
7. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase:
- JazzCash: Refunds will be credited back to your JazzCash account within 3-5 business days after approval.
- EasyPaisa: Refunds will be credited back to your EasyPaisa account within 3-5 business days after approval.
- Store Credit: You may opt for store credit instead, which will be issued immediately and never expires.
8. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model:
- Follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the new item costs more, you will need to pay the difference. If it costs less, the difference will be refunded.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- We will arrange a pickup or provide a prepaid return label.
- A replacement or full refund will be issued within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
10. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
- If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process upon delivery.
- Cancelled orders will be refunded in full within 3-5 business days.
